We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including Corporate Development, Corporate Engineering, Finance, Legal, and People. This role will partner closely with department leaders to provide data-driven insights, manage budgets and forecasts, and help drive operational efficiency across these functional areas.

Compensation

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

• Zone A: $115,000 - $155,500
• Zone B: $108,000 - $146,000
• Zone C: $101,500 - $137,000

Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)

• $131,000 - $176,500

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll:

• Act as the primary finance partner to G&A leaders, and build trusting relationships to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Lead the annual planning, and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for G&A departments.
• Create monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual analysis, flagging risks and opportunities and providing variance analysis with clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Accounting during close cycles to ensure accurate accruals and expense classifications.
• Analyze operating expenses, headcount, vendor spend, and ROI on key initiatives; identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Drive and support FP&A-wide process improvements and automation within financial planning tools and reporting systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role
• Solid financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a bias for action
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior business partners in a dynamic or high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
