Requirements

  • MBA/Master’s degree in finance, or a related field. CA/CFA (all 3 levels cleared) will also be considered
  • Exceptional understanding of financial concepts and data
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical financial analyst role such as Sell-Side Research, Buy-Side Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations or Management Consultant
  • 3+ years of experience writing financial research reports or preparing IB pitchbooks
  • Demonstrated sector expertise in covering a specific domain (e.g., Oil and Gas, Banking/Financials, Technology, Healthcare)
  • Exceptional understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, market data, and regulatory filings within your covered sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and can communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Project Management skills like problem solving, time management, prioritization, adaptability, research skills & quality Management
  • Proficient in workplace productivity tools such as GSuite and MS office

Responsibilities

  • Curate and optimize workflow prompts and inputs that are used directly by end-users in the financial sector
  • Take end-to-end ownership of all AI feature evaluations, leveraging your financial domain expertise to ensure the quality, relevance, and fidelity of all outputs
  • Develop and refine the evaluation methodology and internal quality benchmarks, specifically tailored to financial data and sector-specific
