Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a mid- to large-sized operating company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of delivering clear and logical explanations across all levels of the organization
  • High analytical skills with a proven ability to generate actionable insights and contribute to strategic decision making
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and business plan development in collaboration with business leaders
  • Advanced Excel skills with strength in data organization, management, modeling, and analysis
  • Deep understanding and solid analytical skills for financial statements reviews
  • Extensive hands-on experience in preparing and utilizing KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business unit and manufacturing leaders to provide strategic and operational decision-making support through in-depth financial analysis and insights
  • Actively contribute to the development of annual and mid-to-long-term business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Product
  • Build a robust KPI reporting structure to effectively monitor and visualize performance metrics
  • Design and operate effective forecasting models and review cycles to deliver timely and accurate updates on business progress against strategic goals
  • Provide actionable analysis to support revenue growth initiatives and cost optimization strategies
  • Flexibly handle additional financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed
