Requirements

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a mid- to large-sized operating company
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of delivering clear and logical explanations across all levels of the organization
High analytical skills with a proven ability to generate actionable insights and contribute to strategic decision making
Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and business plan development in collaboration with business leaders
Advanced Excel skills with strength in data organization, management, modeling, and analysis
Deep understanding and solid analytical skills for financial statements reviews
Extensive hands-on experience in preparing and utilizing KPIs

Responsibilities

Partner closely with business unit and manufacturing leaders to provide strategic and operational decision-making support through in-depth financial analysis and insights
Actively contribute to the development of annual and mid-to-long-term business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Product
Build a robust KPI reporting structure to effectively monitor and visualize performance metrics
Design and operate effective forecasting models and review cycles to deliver timely and accurate updates on business progress against strategic goals
Provide actionable analysis to support revenue growth initiatives and cost optimization strategies
Flexibly handle additional financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed
