Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
5–8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in tech or SaaS environments
Prior experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market (GTM) functions is strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of accounting principles
Experience with ERP and planning tools such as Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, or NetSuite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Partner with Channel & Alliances leaders to support financial planning cycles including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes
Analyze bookings, opex and program spend to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement
Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business decision-making
Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR to align financial strategies with organizational goals
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and partner with Analytics to build dashboards for visibility across the organization
Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations
Support ad hoc strategic projects and contribute to business model transitions and operational initiatives
