Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling are essential, as well as experience with forecasting and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the annual operating plan, including modeling and performance reporting. They will act as a finance partner to the VP’s and leadership teams, forecast KPIs and resource requirements, and build automated applications for financial processes. Additionally, they will support month-end close activities, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and provide insights on revenue and spending variances.
Automated factories for precision metal components
Hadrian builds automated factories to produce precision metal components for the Space & Defense industry. These factories are designed to manufacture parts for rockets, satellites, jets, and drones much faster and cheaper than traditional machine shops.
