Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of FP&A or related experience, preferably with a US-based company. A CPA, MBA, or Chartered Accountant certification is preferred, though not mandatory. Strong analytical and accounting skills are required, including an understanding of key business drivers and the ability to communicate financial implications and recommendations with attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience with Tableau, Anaplan, SFDC, SAP, TM1, and PowerPoint is beneficial.

Responsibilities

This Senior Financial Analyst will prepare reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring predictability for headcount and expenses. They will generate trended analytics for key areas such as headcount attrition, employee costs, and travel spend. The role involves creating outlook and controller’s letter reporting, leveraging Power BI/Tableau for centralized reporting, preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and driving continual process improvements. Collaboration with finance controllers/consolidators is expected to drive fiscal deliverables and provide data-driven insights, along with ad-hoc analysis and self-initiated projects.
