Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of P&L mechanics, forecasting, financial statement interpretation, and budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes are essential. Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability for cross-functional collaboration are required. Experience with planning/reporting tools like Anaplan, SAP, or Hyperion is also necessary. Bonus points are awarded for 4+ years of experience in Strategic Corporate Finance within a large enterprise, an MBA/CFA/CPA designation, prior experience as Management Consultants with finance transformation or operational finance experience, previous exposure to telecom, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries, and prior experience with Sales, Finance, or Commercial/Enterprise business partnerships.
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders across SMB, Mid-Market, Public Sector, and Wholesale to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing revenue trends, operating costs, and key KPIs, delivering variance analyses, and providing actionable insights. The role involves supporting the monthly reporting and reforecast process, contributing to the annual budget and long-range plan (LRP), and maintaining/enhancing financial models and dashboards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, marketing, and strategy to understand financial drivers is also a key duty, along with assisting with ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
