Requirements

  • Financial background with one or more years of basic accounts experience
  • Preferably attendance on a basic Accountancy course or graduation with administration or finance work experience
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel (strong advantage)
  • Excellent language skills in English (second language is a plus)
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently

Responsibilities

  • Processing all accounts payable inquiries submitted from internal/external customers of the AP department
  • Assisting in pushing invoices to the ERP system
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Investigating missing invoices
  • Maintaining customer service
  • Receiving and triaging invoices and credit notes from suppliers, and matching with supporting paperwork and scanning them for processing
  • Dealing with invoice queries and providing query responses promptly
  • Assisting in maintaining invoice compliance to company policies and procedures
