Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Third-level degree in Business or Commerce (preferred)
Experience in Payments or Tax Free company (preferred)
Strong analytical mindset and high proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel/database systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)

Responsibilities

Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes (FP&A)
Track financial performance against KPIs, identify key drivers, and provide variance analysis
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and non-financial teams on commercial strategies, pricing, promotions, and investment decisions
Prepare and challenge business cases for new products, propositions, promotions, or capital expenditure
Support commercial team in developing optimal pricing proposals, ensure high win ratio and maximum margin, and act as governance layer for pricing adherence
Evaluate customer, product, and channel profitability and develop plans to drive margin improvement
Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes, reporting, and systems
Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business to influence outcomes and embed financial discipline
