Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card
  • Electrical, mechanical, diesel, and fusion experience are highly preferred
  • Construction or project management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
  • Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and staying abreast of industry trends
  • Works well with others and values diverse perspectives
  • Focuses on achieving objectives efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on water purification equipment at various customer sites
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture
  • Take care of company property
  • Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
  • Function in a team environment, often working with direct supervision but capable of independent work
  • Operate a fusion machine to build HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipelines on customer sites to connect the pumping system
  • Ensure pumping system and pipeline meet operational requirements
  • Understand and react to how weather conditions affect HDPE fusion
  • Install and dismantle pumping systems and pipelines on customer job sites, either independently or as part of a crew
  • Travel approximately 1 day per week on average
  • Travel anywhere within the Northeast region
