Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience. A Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Technologist (RT) with Cath Lab experience is highly preferred, along with experience in medical devices and clinical trials or research. The role requires the ability to travel up to 80% within the United States.

Responsibilities

The Senior Field Clinical Specialist will oversee the direction, planning, and execution of clinical trials and research, including data collection activities for the Vascular division. This includes contributing to the implementation of clinical protocols, recruiting investigators, negotiating study designs and costs, and directing human clinical trials (phases III & IV). The specialist will also participate in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring, coordinate reporting for regulatory agencies, monitor clinician adherence to protocols, determine study completion, and oversee investigator-initiated and group studies. They may also act as a consultant or liaison with other corporations under licensing agreements.
