Responsibilities

  • Assist the National Director in marketing and negotiating the sale of investment-grade properties across the North Shore
  • Coordinate financial and technical due diligence and assist with handling associated enquiries during campaigns
  • Research and analyse relevant market information/intelligence, particularly in divestments and acquisitions, leading to identification and securing of off-market opportunities
  • Compile information for use in submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
  • Develop and implement new ideas for marketing strategies for the Investment Services client group across the North Shore
