  • Experience working as an agency or freelance producer, specialising in full-service experience design and delivery
  • Thrives in creative conceptualisation, digital communications, content development, environment design, production scheduling, and show management
  • Confident reviewing pitch briefs and leading responses to exciting global brands
  • Experience with projects ranging from internal/external communications, leadership conferences, award shows, new product launches, and experiential brand activations across automotive, technology, finance, and pharmaceuticals sectors
  • Ability to work with clients up to C-Suite level
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of AV/technical solutions
  • Up-to-date with new technology, content trends, design, and creative trends and their business applications

Responsibilities

  • Working with Account Director and client to define brief, prepare and plan pitches and proposals
  • Advising on best formats for delivery (live, virtual, hybrid)
  • Participating in face-to-face pitches for new business
  • Working with clients to distil and interpret brand messages via on-screen presentation, video, animation, infographics, and print
  • Ensuring overall quality of project management and delivery
  • Helping wider delivery team understand client’s perspective for client-focused culture
  • Ensuring project processes are ISO9001 compliant, streamlined for effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Ensuring projects deliver against agreed targets for turnover and gross margin
  • Managing content and graphics, overseeing creative delivery team (Keynote/PowerPoint designers, animators, video editors, 2D designers)
  • Collaborating with script writers, copywriters, and speakers to craft engaging scripts and speeches
  • Ensuring cohesive thread through all communication
  • Managing changes with superb attention to detail
  • Preparing and owning production budgets
  • Handling day-to-day project administration
  • Preparing production and rehearsal schedules and critical paths
  • Liaising with other Strata departments to meet schedules and values
  • Liaising with suppliers (briefing, negotiating, ensuring deadlines and budgets met)
  • Working in partnership with Production Managers on AV/technical solutions
  • Mentoring junior employees
  • Planning and managing resources for operational delivery, maintaining high service levels
  • Ensuring projects are reconciled and information passed timely to accounts for billing
  • Managing internal and external debriefs for review and improvement
  • Helping develop client relationships for organic growth
  • Knowledge sharing as part of mentoring
