Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in compliance software solutions, specifically BSA/AML/Fraud. A proven ability to plan and execute outbound sales activities across Europe to generate new business leads and cross-sell opportunities is essential, along with deep experience handling major or key customers. CAMS Certification is preferred, and candidates should be self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions, objection handling, negotiating, and directing proposal preparation is required. Excellent communication skills, a positive and collaborative demeanor, and proficiency in technology, including the financial technology marketplace and emerging trends, are necessary. The ability to perform needs analysis and ROI analysis, self-motivate, work independently, and proficiency in business, sales, CRM, and job-specific applications (word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, others) are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and travel as required to meet with new prospects, colleagues, or attend industry events is expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive will lead enterprise customer acquisition for epay's Skylight in Europe, building a robust pipeline of new prospects and closing a high ratio of pipeline leads. This role involves working with the president of epay to increase go-to-market direct and partnership plans targeting revenue generation and growth, and collaborating with other Euronet entities to jointly prospect and close new business. Responsibilities include proactively building a full pipeline of new lead opportunities, performing weekly sales preplans, and understanding Skylight’s technology to ensure customers are aware of its base features. The executive will act as the point person on RFPs if necessary and serve as a market liaison, ensuring epay is informed of customer demand changes and suggestions to evolve the Skylight solution. They will also ensure epay technical program management is equipped to implement new customers and that customer launches are successful, which includes cold calling fintech and payment businesses and networking at trade shows and industry groups.
