Candidates must possess at least 5 years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience with Enterprise accounts. Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, and G-Suite is required, and experience with BI tools like Looker is a plus. The role requires the ability to travel when necessary and occasionally work on Fridays to support the Customer Success team's 4-day workweek by handling escalated customer issues. A proven track record of managing complex projects, an analytical and metrics-driven workstyle, and the ability to analyze complex situations, develop action plans, and lead teams are essential. Strong communication, presentation, creative, driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized skills are necessary, along with the ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. A passion for e-commerce and new technology is important, and a background in e-commerce, payments, fraud, or data science is preferred.
The Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention for a portfolio of large enterprise clients. This role involves project managing customer onboarding, coordinating internal and external activities for successful deployment, and working cross-functionally to orchestrate service infrastructure around client needs. Key duties include identifying and closing renewals and expansion opportunities, managing commercial activities, understanding customer pain points and goals to identify how Signifyd can partner, and advising on best practices for product usage. The CSM will develop collateral, conduct regular business reviews with client executive teams, ensure swift resolution of account issues, provide executive oversight and client communication, and work with Marketing to convert successful customers into advocates. They will also embody Signifyd values and serve as a role model for team members.
