Responsibilities

Lead by example, balancing hands-on engineering with strategic management to ensure high-level team execution
Drive the technical direction and execution of the Insights platform, ensuring scalability for thousands of practices and millions of users
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support engineers' career and technical growth
Manage resource allocation to ensure engineers focus on highest-priority projects with necessary support
Work closely with the team to drive high-impact product initiatives for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform as it expands nationwide
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivering solutions that eliminate healthcare operational inefficiencies
