Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and/or people management experience of a team of at least 15 software engineers
  • Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
  • Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams
