Requirements

  • Security clearance for work in a US government tenant
  • Working knowledge and experience with ITIL V4 Foundations and Service Delivery
  • 7+ years of experience in Entra ID
  • Managing full life-cycle of both on-prem and cloud environments
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in video engineering, particularly managing and administering video conferencing systems
  • Deep understanding of the entire Microsoft Teams platform (meetings, chats, channels, files) and related technologies
  • Exposure to VoIP telephony principles to support converged voice/data-networking environments
  • Experience with Video Collaboration tools (MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom)
  • Experience with Video Telepresence infrastructure (Microsoft, Cisco, Conference Room Systems)
  • Experience with conference room systems (Cisco, Crestron, Logitech, and others)

Responsibilities

  • Administration of domestic, international, and US Government environments
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Teams, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless video communication and conferencing solutions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members
  • Provide engineering support for conference rooms including Cisco, Crestron, Logitech, and others
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video engineering and conferencing
  • Participate in the migration of video conferencing systems from on-premises to cloud-based solutions
  • Handle problem management, incident management, and change management
  • Create accurate project specifications
  • Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and technologies
  • Provide technical input to create, maintain, and implement content and standards
  • Planning and designing new software and web applications
  • Analyzing, testing, and assisting with the integration of new applications
  • Overseeing the documentation of all development activity
  • Training non-technical personnel
  • Assisting with tracking performance metrics
  • Integrating knowledge of business and functional priorities
  • Acting as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment
  • May lead teams or projects and share expertise
