Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship provided)
Preferred Requirements
Typically 5+ years of experience in relevant software engineering environments
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Applied Mathematics
Direct experience with designing and implementing data collection and management processes using SQL, Python, PHP, HTML5, C++ or commensurate tools
Experience with tools including Databricks, Visual Studio, and related modeling applications
Proven application of data structures and algorithms to acquire and model data
Proficient with Microsoft Excel using formulas for data manipulation; Power Query, Visual Basic; Visual Basic for Applications
Demonstrates ability using Lean methodologies; has previous Lean training and certification
Direct experience collaborating with local and global business and technical teams to influence desirable outcomes
Experience in Azure environments

Responsibilities

Collect and document requirements from a variety of stakeholders to develop software tools and processes, ensuring the information is reflective of business and technical priorities
Create new tools or enhance existing ones ensuring they meet the established requirements
Develop proof-of-concepts to verify the feasibility of implementation and document processes and code
Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of one or more software subsystems
Build relationships and interact with peers to ensure assigned tasks are prioritized appropriately
Partner with product management, analyze customer needs and propose solutions
Take the lead on identifying and recommending new methodologies and improvements in data acquisition and management utilizing the latest technologies and standards
Clearly communicate and convey design concepts, both verbally and in writing
