Knowledge of SPC, APQP, PPAP and 4M changes on daily basis
Knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO-TS 16949)
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methods
Ability to effectively communicate to suppliers and team members
Ability to demonstrate leadership potential through a strong data focus and results orientation and exceptional problem solving
Strong organizational and project management skills
Superior communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

Selection & Recommendation of inspection equipment’s
Overall responsibility for inspection and testing activities of products
Disposition of nonconforming products
Layered Process Audits
Customer audits/visits and third-party audits
Proactive process improvements focused on prevention (control plan)
