Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing utilizing Java, Selenium, and Appium, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. They should also have proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for web automation, experience with Appium for mobile automation (iOS and Android), and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. Familiarity with test management and reporting tools such as JIRA, TestNG, and Allure is required, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineer-Java Automation will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks, writing and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications, and collaborating with developers and QA engineers to understand requirements and create effective test cases. They will also create and manage automated tests within CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot and debug test failures, report test results, track defects, and perform re-testing to ensure product stability, and provide expertise in RESTful API testing using tools like Postman and Rest Assured.
