Requirements

High School diploma required
2–5 years in a technical or assembly environment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with Military/DoD or R&D environments is a plus
Experience soldering to J-STD-001 standards is advantageous
Comfortable using oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators, and other diagnostic tools
US Person (citizen or permanent resident) required

Responsibilities

Fabricate wire harnesses using splicing, crimping, Molex connector installation, and soldering across various connector and cable types
Perform potting and encapsulation of connectors and electronic components
Read and interpret engineering assembly drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions
Troubleshoot assembly issues with minimal supervision
Assemble and test mechanical systems using standard test equipment
Conduct harness testing, including Cirris testing and programming
Apply custom shielding to harnesses as required
Adhere to safety and security procedures; report any unsafe conditions
