Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 2–5 years in a technical or assembly environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity with Military/DoD or R&D environments is a plus
  • Experience soldering to J-STD-001 standards is advantageous
  • Comfortable using oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators, and other diagnostic tools
  • US Person (citizen or permanent resident) required

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate wire harnesses using splicing, crimping, Molex connector installation, and soldering across various connector and cable types
  • Perform potting and encapsulation of connectors and electronic components
  • Read and interpret engineering assembly drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues with minimal supervision
  • Assemble and test mechanical systems using standard test equipment
  • Conduct harness testing, including Cirris testing and programming
  • Apply custom shielding to harnesses as required
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures; report any unsafe conditions
