Requirements

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the implementation of tax strategies, processes, and tools. Key responsibilities include overseeing the completion of federal, international, state, and local tax filings, preparing annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, and managing all domestic and foreign indirect tax filings. The position will also monitor legislative changes, ensure appropriate internal controls for tax matters, and establish formal tax policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves managing any tax audits.
