Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Tax will oversee the completion of federal, international, state, and local tax filings, including all related analysis and support. This role is responsible for preparing the income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 and financial reporting disclosures, monitoring legislative changes in tax laws, and ensuring appropriate internal controls related to tax matters are in place and operating correctly. The position will also establish and maintain formal tax policies, practices, and procedures, and manage any tax audits.
