Requirements

10 years in leading software development teams and delivering sophisticated software projects
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and design
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to empower and encourage technical teams
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail
Strong experience in digital transformation converting monolithic into microservice architectures in medium to large scale organization
Strong experience and passion for utilizing AI in every aspect of SDLC to improve the velocity & quality of development

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple software development teams
Establish and implement software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust and reliable software solutions
Mentor, coach, and develop engineering leaders and managers to grow technical and leadership capabilities within the organization
Supervise and analyze metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement

Pursue constant improvement & transformation in architecture & availability of the platform
