  • Engage and influence enterprise-wide programming on behalf of Retail Bank Product
  • Relentlessly align resources and capacity against the Retail Bank's top priorities
  • Sharply improve the cross-functional operating model to accelerate delivery
  • Steadily fuel product excellence with actionable and scalable tools and standards
  • Elevate bank product managers and their experience through sustainable programs
