Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years in complex software product management or a similar role
Experience and significant success in transforming a data business to a true consumption model based on cloud-based data platform technologies
Skills and experience in Product strategy, Product ownership, Line Management, Delivery, cloud-based data platform and Big Data Technologies, and Healthcare (preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in internal inventory research, market research, and competitive analysis
Expertise in managing the product lifecycle
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Skilled in pricing, costing, and positioning strategies
Data-driven mentality and willingness to understand data
Strong leadership and vision, with leadership experience
Good experience in Big Data Technologies
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own the strategic direction of IQVIA's products, including defining the vision and overall roadmap prioritization
Drive product innovation and support Directors in developing operational strategies for successful implementation/execution of company products
Lead one of IQVIA's Product Domains dealing with cloud-based data platform technologies
Execute with a small team of Product Managers & Product Owners, consolidate the company’s solutions, and define a future proven common, standardized approach to stratify investments and capabilities for IQVIA Data Products
Develop and implement IQVIA's data products across the organization, focusing on internal stakeholder and market demand (Market-Oriented Strategy)
Analyze internal demand patterns, market trends, customer needs (GBUs, RBUs, and Users in Operations), and the competitive landscape to align products with company strategy (Trend Analysis)
Define, design, and position products, components, or platforms with product governance gates, quarterly planning, and agile development, including consolidation of overlapping products and capabilities (Product Definition & Design)
Scope and execute partnerships to enhance product offerings in collaboration with the Architecture & Standards Function (Partnership Management)
Co-manage annual product budget setting, staffing, and multi-year forecasting to deliver business value (Budget & Forecasting)
Own product roadmaps, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy (Product Roadmaps)
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed (Performance Metrics)
Prepare and present product updates, strategies, and business cases to executives (Executive Presentations)
