Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, including 8+ years in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy; experience in another industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing omnichannel strategies for both HCP and patient audiences
  • Deep understanding of CRM, content orchestration, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC)
  • Launch experience in pharma/biotech required, including familiarity with MLR/PRC processes and regulatory considerations
  • Knowledge of global data privacy regulations and compliance
  • Experience in rare disease preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Minimal travel expected

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel strategy in partnership with the Head of Commercialization, CDIO, and IT, embedded within Dyne’s broader launch preparedness and commercialization plans
  • Serve as Dyne’s subject matter expert and change agent for digital-first engagement, championing innovative programs across HCP and patient/caregiver channels
  • Lead omnichannel planning and execution across web, CRM, mobile, email, social, search, live/virtual events, and field-triggered channels
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-impact omnichannel tactics
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Advocacy, and Corporate Communications teams to translate unbranded and branded content into integrated digital engagement plans
  • Retrofit existing platforms and content to align with omnichannel strategy and ensure seamless integration across functions
  • Establish a robust performance tracking and analytics framework to measure channel effectiveness, field feedback, and inform data-driven optimization
  • Manage associated budgets and ensure compliance with Dyne’s financial processes
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic planning and operational improvements
