Responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand the Analysis and Targeting teams, driving innovation and execution, and ensuring delivery of exceptional value to customers
  • Establish vision, goals, workflow structure, and standards to scale teams sustainably
  • Build and nurture a culture of analytic excellence, innovation, and speed in a startup environment
  • Recruit, develop, and retain world-class intelligence analysts and targeting specialists, fostering analytic rigor, innovation, and collaboration
  • Mentor future leaders and build an organization that thrives in a fast-paced, innovative company
  • Partner with product teams to translate customer intelligence requirements into product features and capabilities
  • Translate complex customer intelligence needs into actionable product requirements for platform differentiation and mission impact
  • Develop a scalable system for high intelligence production standards, analytic methodologies, and quality control processes
  • Ensure teams adopt and internalize the system as baseline standards
  • Guide development and delivery of timely, accurate, and operationally relevant intelligence products, with a plan to scale based on demand
  • Ensure tradecraft meets Intelligence Community standards while embracing new methods and technologies
  • Engage directly with customers to understand mission requirements, gather feedback, and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to support business development, provide technical expertise during sales cycles, and ensure customer onboarding and adoption
  • Serve as the company's senior intelligence voice with customers, partners, and at industry events to build credibility and trust
