Director level leadership and business judgment in managing IAM Cloud services
Experience overseeing Cloud Engineering programs for IAM services
Ability to lead a global IAM team across multiple locations (US, Dominican Republic, India)
Skills in developing capabilities of senior level staff and managers
Expertise in delivering strategic programs for high quality, contemporary, and cost-effective IAM services

Responsibilities

Manage a department or multiple groups of technical team members and managers from varied disciplines
Provide oversight of Cloud Engineering programs, including direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of IAM services
Ensure consistency with business direction, compliance with standards, policies, procedures, and budget management
Lead global IAM team across US, Dominican Republic, and India
Deliver strategic programs for high quality, contemporary, and cost-effective IAM services
Develop trust-based relationships with internal customers to understand and meet business needs while advancing information security risk management
Meet evolving needs of customers and business partners, balancing security with business enablement and efficiency
Lead staff to develop, implement, and manage operational processes for seamless service delivery
Ensure compliance with information security standards, policies, and procedures; implement industry best practices
Work with IT and business leaders to deploy IAM services enterprise-wide
Ensure risk decisions are vetted and communicated; develop value, performance, and cost efficiency metrics
Authorize projects, approve designs and cost estimates, and report status/issues to senior management
Set objectives, priorities, and ensure effective resource allocation
Develop and administer department budget with input from managers
Develop long-range department plans and participate in IT Operations strategic planning
Translate strategic goals into technical strategies and objectives
Introduce best practices and ensure timeliness and quality of department deliverables
Coordinate activities among internal groups, customers, and vendors
