Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of data scientists and analysts
  • Champion and scale the Core Business Unit’s analytics vision to empower data-driven decision-making across game development, live services, marketing, and commercial functions
  • Leverage expertise to uncover player opportunities, define target audience personas, and guide product designs and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with Product, Studio, Marketing, and Commercial partners to synthesize objectives, identify data sources/toolsets/partner needs, and deliver actionable insights
  • Drive systems and teams to surface player behavior, economy, and engagement insights for design, monetization, and retention in live and in-development titles
  • Guide implementation of experimentation platforms and machine learning use cases for game experience personalization, feature optimization, and content performance
  • Partner with Studio and Central Data teams to shape scalable infrastructure and telemetry for the Core BU
  • Oversee all aspects of analytical operations, including recurring analysis, ad-hoc insights, and experimentation functions across the full lifecycle of player and commercial performance
