Requirements

Candidates must possess a BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience demonstrating expertise in quantitative analysis. Prior experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, education, or adjacent sectors is required, along with deep technical expertise in data science, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML. A proven track record of delivering organizational data strategies and building data infrastructure is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Insights will lead a team of data professionals, developing and championing a comprehensive data strategy to support Braven's growth and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include integrating program and operational data, driving data democratization, creating reliable data insights, and leading the development of dashboards, data pipelines, analysis tools, and models. This role also involves managing and developing the data team, staying current with data and AI advancements, leading AI experimentation and advanced analytics, and advising the executive team on data and technology impacts.
