Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for Outreach’s corporate marketing and communications efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and executive priorities
  • Serve as media strategist and counselor to senior executives, providing thoughtful guidance, message development, and coaching
  • Lead proactive media team — guide the communications team in identifying, developing, and placing compelling Outreach stories in top-tier business, technology, and innovation outlets across print, digital, and broadcast
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, technology, and industry media to secure ongoing, balanced coverage of Outreach’s corporate vision and leadership
  • Develop and deliver high-quality content, including press releases, executive messaging platforms, Q&As, thought leadership pieces, and speeches
  • Drive executive visibility programs, including speaking opportunities, bylines, and panels that reinforce Outreach’s market leadership and innovation
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and communications functions to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and consistent external messaging
  • Support reputation management, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate and address emerging issues
  • Leverage social and digital media to amplify Outreach’s corporate narrative and leadership voice
