Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive communications roadmaps aligned with business objectives, leading internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement, creating executive communications to position Omada, managing external communications to promote the brand and reputation, collaborating with investor relations, overseeing social media channels, developing crisis communication protocols, and partnering on corporate responsibility initiatives. The position also requires leading, inspiring, and developing a public relations team, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance communication effectiveness.
