Experience conducting a full range of programming tasks including program design, development, debugging, estimating, unit testing, and documentation for applications, systems, databases, or websites

Knowledge of modern rendering strategies (SSG, SSR, ISR) for performance optimization and high Google PageSpeed scores
Skills in designing and optimizing personalization and real-time data flows using Sitecore CDP/Personalize and Sitecore Search
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Works independently under limited supervision with significant impact on operational results

Responsibilities

Conduct a full range of programming tasks including program design, development, debugging, estimating, unit testing, and documentation for a variety of applications, systems, databases, or websites
Serve as a technical subject matter expert through all phases of system analysis and development
Collaborate with team leadership to design and develop well-integrated, enterprise-level solutions that meet present and future business needs
Determine testing methodology and manage the development and execution of comprehensive test plans including identifying key areas of application requiring stress or load testing
Review application modules and ensure compliance with application architecture standards
Implement application observability, monitoring, and pre-emptive alerting
Provide ongoing maintenance of applications, systems, databases, or websites
Provide third-level application support including on-call (after hours, weekends, holidays) for priority issues
Troubleshoot highly complex production issues, serving as escalation point. Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved
Lead the selection and evaluation of new vendor software solutions and packages
Lead knowledge sharing and shared understanding amongst the development team
Follow secure coding standards and address security scan alerts
Perform other duties as assigned
