Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or Textile Design, or alternatively, five years of experience in a design-related occupation. Experience should include concept design, graphic design, corporate design, information design, and scenography, along with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

The Senior Designer will partner with various teams to bring seasonal creative direction to life through Special Projects Apparel Design and innovations, leading design product processes to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. They will collaborate with Design Leadership and team members to meet price points, merchandising needs, and product creation timelines, oversee concept explorations, provide prototype sampling information, monitor prototype development, and interact with Development, Pattern Making, Material, and the Sample Room. The role also involves maintaining expertise in current trends, providing mentorship to designers, driving category creative direction, concepting and creating seasonal collections, and working directly with manufacturers and athletes to achieve high-quality products.
