Responsibilities

The Senior Designer, Inline Footwear Design will create and innovate footwear designs, influencing the aesthetic readiness of Brooks Running inline products. They will apply the CRAFTED BEAUTY creative foundation to develop compelling footwear designs and elevate the brand's design reference. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Color, Material & Trend Design Team on seasonal aesthetics, leading the implementation of emotional storytelling through color, graphics, materials, finishes, and trends, and partnering with the Advanced Design Team on FUTURE BEAUTY concepts. The designer will utilize 3D digital tools for design creation, ensure clear communication with various product teams, and provide design and mentorship to the footwear team.
