Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience with Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark) and SQL. Proven expertise in supervised and unsupervised ML techniques, advanced statistics, and hands-on experience with computer vision and generative AI projects are required. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud ML platforms (Azure/AWS), and customer communication is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow), FastAPI, and Linux environments.
Responsibilities
This role involves leading end-to-end data science projects, from hypothesis definition to model deployment, and partnering with engineering to integrate ML services. Responsibilities include building scalable ETL pipelines, designing data schemas, developing monitoring dashboards, and creating automated retraining workflows. The position also requires translating data insights into business recommendations and mentoring junior analysts.
