Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or economics. They should have experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities and scoping, analyzing, and communicating experiment results. Expertise in SQL and strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will propose and conduct quantitative research into user behaviors, product flows, and business trends to identify new opportunities. They will design and analyze experiments for causal inference, partner with product teams to scope new features, and define/monitor key metrics. Additionally, they will develop expertise in specific topic areas, contribute to data culture through table design and maintenance, and collaborate with, mentor, and help recruit team members.
