Requirements

The Senior Data Scientist should possess expertise in marketing analytics, data mining, and the presentation of data, demonstrating a strong understanding of the causal impact marketing campaigns can have. Candidates should be passionate about marketing science and understand the impact of marketing campaigns, commercially minded, and comfortable getting hands-on with data analysis.

Responsibilities

This role involves working with data scientists, analysts, and analytics engineers to power the marketing function within Growth, focusing on increasing volume and value. The Senior Data Scientist will guide and enable the performance marketing and brand team to measure key performance indicators, initiate and run geo-lift experiments, build and apply marketing measurement and forecasting solutions to optimize growth, and collaborate with the finance team to understand the lifetime value of new users and the impact of marketing campaigns on user profitability. They will also liaise with engineers to ensure the collection of relevant marketing measurement data for business insights.
