Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will partner with Product, Clinical, CS, and GTM stakeholders to understand their domains and define success states through data-driven goal-setting. They will design key metrics to showcase progress and uncover opportunities for product and business improvements using advanced statistical methodologies. The role involves designing and executing experiments to rigorously evaluate opportunities with statistical significance and influencing decision-making. Additionally, the Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with Data & ML Engineers to influence the design, development, and maintenance of dimensional data models, ensuring data reliability and accessibility. They will champion data governance practices, raise the bar for data and code quality, and act as a force multiplier by providing technical mentorship, fostering intellectual curiosity, and driving clarity.
