Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required, as well as experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques. Familiarity with Python or R is also necessary.
As a Senior Product Data Scientist at Monzo, you will be responsible for helping build the bank of the future by supercharging user engagement in 2025 and contributing to the development of a customer-loved bank. You will work in cross-functional squads alongside engineers, designers, and product managers to enable Monzo to make better decisions, faster, utilizing self-serve analytics through Looker and focusing on more impactful business questions and analyses. You will apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation skills to solve complex problems and contribute to the overall success of the company.
