Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for the development and implementation of predictive modeling algorithms and techniques to address business challenges, conduct in-depth research to stay current with AI advancements, create Spark and Python code to retrieve and prepare data, develop, train, and evaluate AI models, deploy models into production, and continuously refine and optimize them for performance. They will also explore opportunities for generative AI models, integrate them into workflows, work with diverse data sets, and develop sophisticated visualizations of analysis output, ultimately driving innovation and improving user experiences within Baxter’s Connected solutions portfolio.
