Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in a data-intensive role and hold a Master’s degree in a quantitative field, with a Ph.D. being preferred. They must have experience in an analytical or product-focused role within large-scale, successful free-to-play (F2P) environments.
The Senior Data Scientist will partner closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs and surface insights, develop statistical analyses and machine learning models to predict customer behavior and product performance, create key metrics to assess performance and measure strategic initiatives, support A/B testing, build informative dashboards and visualizations, communicate results to stakeholders, identify actionable insights to improve revenue and learning outcomes, build personalization features for customers, mentor others on data science best practices, and contribute to optimizing user acquisition and product performance.
