Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Automation (Test Script Creating, Maintaining or fixing Test Scripts)
7-10 years of relevant technical experience in a Quality Assurance role
Expert in Requirement analysis, Test Scenario and Test Case writing, Producing Test Artifacts, Cross Team Collaboration, Eye for details
Experience in API Testing (testing SOAP or REST requests using SOAP UI or POSTMAN)
Basic to moderate-level knowledge of SQL (construct moderate to complex queries to fetch data)
Well versed with Agile/Scrum and its ceremonies
Strong knowledge of Testing Concepts, Defect Management, Test Case writing, and Test Scenarios identifications
Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
Excellent in Functional and Web-Based Testing
Exposure to Automation Testing, API testing; Ability to write, Implement, and Maintain Test Scripts
Experience with creating and maintaining automation scripts with any automation tools
Knowledge of Automation Framework (POM, Hybrid Framework)
Exposure and hands-on experience with Functional Automation (UI) Tool, API Automation tools
CSTE/CSQA/ISTQB Foundation Level certification (preferred)
Good to have: Knowledge of public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP
Good Database Knowledge, writing, and executing basic queries
Detail orientation with good organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Participate as an active and core member of the Scrum team to ensure quality is built into products and take exposure to Agile Development Methodology
Participate in Sprint planning and collaborate with the Product Management team
Understand Quality standards and metrics for the product; derive corrective action items
Create Test cases, Test scenarios, and product documents based on software requirements and technical specifications; appropriately prioritize testing tasks and test cases
Participate in Bug triaging and measures to prevent them
Be a SME for the Product
Ensure participation in quality improvement tools like Unit Test, RCA Addition etc
Communication and maintaining cordial relationships with the development team and US counterpart for delivering quality products
Promoting solution-oriented and congruent approach
