  • Expertise in identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to improve internal processes, services, and structures
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to resolve non-standard problems

  • Ability to identify and devise solutions based on limited information and precedent, using evaluation and judgment for novel organizational problems
  • Experience enhancing relationships with senior internal/external partners, using data and analysis to persuade and address objections

  • Capable of owning development and delivery of solutions, driving cross-team efforts, leading by example, and mentoring junior employees
  • Availability for hybrid work, reporting to Austin Innovation Technical Center at least three days per week

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and maintain Master Data, Metadata, Data Management Repositories, Logical Data Models, and Data Standards
  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for scalability
  • Build industrialized analytic datasets and delivery mechanisms using data pipelines to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and key business performance metrics
  • Work with business partners on data-related technical issues and develop requirements to support their data infrastructure needs
  • Create highly consistent and accurate analytic datasets suitable for business intelligence
