Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines. Strong proficiency in Python is essential, along with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Experience with data modeling and database technologies is also required.
Responsibilities
The Senior Data Engineer will design and develop AV performance metrics, build scalable data pipelines for AV data, implement data quality checks and validation processes, optimize AV data infrastructure for performance, design and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms, automate data pipeline deployments, create documentation, and share knowledge with the engineering team. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and define metrics for evaluating AV performance.
