5+ years of experience with data sourcing, storage, and modelling to deliver business value through to BI platform
Can-do attitude and drive to build innovative, out-of-the-box solutions using unfamiliar technologies

Familiarity with Looker (Explores, Looks, Dashboards, Developer interface, maintaining dimensions and measures, models, raw SQL queries, custom visualizations using Looker’s extension SDK, Looker’s API)
Experience with CloudSQL (PostgreSQL) and BigQuery (complex queries, indices, materialised views, clustering, partitioning)
Knowledge of containers, Docker, and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines to consolidate information from various internal systems (CRM, support platforms, marketing, product usage data) and third-party sources
Develop and manage a comprehensive semantic layer (using technologies like LookML, dbt, SQLMesh, or Agents) providing clear definitions, mappings for data concepts to database structures, and high-level business logic
Implement and enforce data quality checks, validation rules, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data, handling data securely
Ensure AI agents have access to necessary structured and unstructured data (Knowledge Bases, support tickets, documentation, internal data, pricing info, marketing content) for tasks like answering questions, qualifying leads, preparing for calls, and identifying opportunities
Create clear, self-maintaining documentation for data models, pipelines, and the semantic layer to enable human users and AI agents to interact with the data warehouse
