5+ years of experience building modern data pipelines and infrastructure in high-growth environments
Deep expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and dbt
Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Airbyte, Rudderstack, or Fivetran
Strong background in data modeling, schema design, and observability frameworks
Experience working with onchain data (e.g. balances, transactions, token movements)
Ability to operate autonomously, set direction, and collaborate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

Design and maintain robust pipelines that transform raw blockchain data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets
Build scalable, well-tested models in dbt to power product metrics, experimentation, and user segmentation
Implement monitoring, testing, and data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy, freshness, and trust
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Growth teams to deliver data solutions that unlock insights, experimentation, and targeting
Drive performance improvements and cost efficiency across the data stack
Help define best practices for data engineering, mentor peers, and shape how Phantom scales its analytics foundation
