Requirements

5-10 years of experience in technical research and analysis
Excellent analytical skills and ability to think critically about information
Demonstrable credentials as a subject Matter Expert
Process development and project management
Knowledge of SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of electricity pricing and renewable energy domain (solar, storage, demand response, EVs) (nice-to-have)
Advanced SQL and reporting skills (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional and technical expert on proprietary data models which drive electricity billing calculations
Own the research initiatives for policies affecting electricity rates and renewable policies such as net metering and regulatory changes
Grow a team who will support quantitative and qualitative research
Recommend solutions and determine requirements for improvements of the internal tools and processes
Oversee the testing and implementation of customer data requirements
Document processes and disseminate information to all relevant stakeholders
